Terms of Service

1. The service

SubDrop is an independent service that accepts an order to purchase and deliver a non-renewing Tier 1 Twitch gift subscription for 1, 3, or 6 months to the supplied recipient and channel. SubDrop is not affiliated with or endorsed by Twitch Interactive, Inc.

2. Account and order information

You may sign in through Twitch or Google/Gmail and must provide accurate public Twitch usernames for the gift. We never require your Twitch or Google password. You are responsible for checking the channel, recipient, duration, and amount before confirming an order.

3. Payments

New orders use a direct USDT payment through Trust Wallet on BNB Smart Chain (BEP20). You must verify the token, network, receiving address, and exact amount inside Trust Wallet before confirming. Blockchain transfers are irreversible and sending another asset or network may permanently lose the funds.

4. Delivery

Most paid orders are processed quickly, but delivery time is an estimate and may be affected by blockchain confirmation times, Twitch availability, channel eligibility, or manual review. An order is complete when the selected gift is delivered to the supplied recipient.

5. Refunds and errors

Completed digital gifts cannot normally be reversed. If delivery is impossible because of a service-side error, the order will be reviewed for replacement or refund. Incorrect usernames supplied by the customer are not a service-side error.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for fraud, payment abuse, harassment, sanctions evasion, or any activity that violates applicable law or Twitch rules. Suspicious orders may be delayed, cancelled, or refunded.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated as the service, payment providers, or legal requirements change. The version shown when you place an order applies to that order.
