Information we collect

When you sign in, Twitch or Google may provide your account ID, username or email, display name, and profile image. We store existing orders, recipient and channel usernames, selected plan, transaction status, and support history.

What we do not collect

We do not ask for or store your Twitch password, Google password, wallet private key, seed phrase, or card details. Trust Wallet signs and sends payments without sharing wallet secrets with SubDrop.

How we use information

We use account and existing order information to authenticate you, show order history, prevent abuse, offer support, and keep records required for operational and legal purposes.

Service providers

Account authentication uses Twitch or Google, depending on the option you choose. Trust Wallet may open the prepared payment, and public BNB Smart Chain data is used to verify the transfer. Hosting and database providers process technical data needed to operate the site. Their own privacy terms also apply.

Retention and security

We retain order records for operational, fraud-prevention, accounting, and legal needs. Session tokens are stored in secure HTTP-only cookies and only hashed session identifiers are stored in the database.

Your choices

You may sign out at any time. You may also request access to or deletion of eligible account information through support. Some transaction records may need to be retained where required by law or for fraud prevention.

Changes

We may update this policy when the service or its providers change. The latest revision date will always appear at the top of this page.
